Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Ambassador to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay. This position requires a strong passion for customer service and the ability to engage with guests in a warm and welcoming manner.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay.
Ensure guests have a pleasant experience and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
Assist in coordinating special events and activities within the hotel.
Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance guest experience.
Selling hotel membership to walk in customers
Gather guest feedback to improve services and report to management.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English and local languages is preferred.
Basic knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems is a plus.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest needs.
