Hot Inspection Associate

Duties and Responsibilities :

Inspection During Forging:

alignments and other relevant parameters.

Visual Inspection:

shuts, forging dents, Stamping washout, trimming/Piercing Defects and other imperfections.

Dimensional Inspection:

specifications.

Process Monitoring:

such as improper heating, tooling problems, or excessive deformation.

Collaboration:

quality issues and improve the forging process.

Root Cause Analysis:

problem and develop corrective actions to prevent similar issues in the future.

Corrective Action:

address identified issues and prevent future defects.

Document Verification:

material cutting approval and in-house factory test reports.

Quality Control:

Safety Compliance:

Record Keeping:

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT):

Compliance with Standards:

Must be Diploma / Degree in Engineering with 04-06 Yrs. relevant experience in manufacturing Industry
