Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  2. Manage IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and digital platforms across the organization.
  3. Data security, cybersecurity compliance, and backup systems.
  4. Lead and manage IT team members, vendors, and technology partners.
  5. Monitor, maintain, and upgrade hardware, software, and network systems.
  6. IT asset and software management, allocation, and license compliance.
  7. system and network issues ensuring minimal downtime.
  8. Prepare and manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
  9. Provide IT support and training to employees to improve digital adoption.
