Job Description

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with grace and professionalism.
Manage reservations, guest waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
Handle phone calls, booking confirmations, and guest inquiries.
Maintain a smooth flow of guests during peak hours.
Coordinate with Captains, Stewards, and the Culinary Team to ensure table readiness and service alignment.
Uphold restaurant ambience, cleanliness, and grooming standards at all times.
Represent LUPA’s brand values through polished communication, etiquette, and guest engagement.
Address guest concerns or needs promptly and courteously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
