Commis Bakery & Pastry

• Assist in Daily Preparation: Support the bakery and pastry team in the preparation of baked goods and desserts, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Maintain Hygiene Standards: Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Basic Baking Techniques: Apply basic baking techniques, including dough preparation, mixing, and baking under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Culinary Education: A diploma or certification in bakery and pastry arts is preferred. Prior experience in a similar role or a passion for baking is advantageous.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that ingredients are properly stored and used efficiently.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of bakery items.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
