Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, adhering to health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, making recommendations, and ensuring a memorable bar experience. Train, mentor, and guide junior bartenders and bar staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards. Manage bar inventory and report stock levels to management. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently. Resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
