Sr. Bartender

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wines, and other beverages according to our restaurant’s standards.
• Design and develop new beverage recipes to enhance our restaurant's menu.
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked with all necessary ingredients and supplies, including alcohol, glassware, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, making recommendations, and ensuring a memorable bar experience.
• Train, mentor, and guide junior bartenders and bar staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
• Manage bar inventory and report stock levels to management.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
