Job Description

Role Overview: As a Hospitality Manager at Victor Hospital FS&FM, your primary responsibility is to produce and present food items to meet customer and client expectations while upholding Sodexo India standards. You will also play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and profitability of the operation. Ensuring strict adherence to safety and hygiene policies at the site will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage food operations by overseeing service deliveries as per client agreements, menu recipes rotation, menu development, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation of foods. - Drive organic growth and profitability through service excellence, retail offers, and value-added promotions. - Handle cash and debtors management by controlling cash, invoicing clients, and analyzing reports to maintain profitability. - Lead people management and training for on-site teams, ensuring HR processes and staff welfare activities are implemented. - Foster communication with clients, aim for 100% client retention, and manage client relationships effectively. - Implement wastage control measures, minimize wastage, and manage costs efficiently. - Ensure legal compliances are met, coordinate with relevant departments, and maintain records. - Implement systems and processes, document work processes, and manage procurement and inventory effectively. Qualifications Required: - IHM pass out with a minimum of 4 years of work experience. - Strong business acumen, commitment to quality, and financial and budgeting skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Well-groomed professional appearance representing Sodexo. - Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach.
