Hospitality Associate

You will play a crucial role as a Hospitality Associate / Management Trainee in our team located in Gurugram. Your primary focus will be on ensuring an outstanding guest experience, upholding service excellence, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of our cafs and kiosks. Your responsibilities will include: Customer Service & Guest Experience - Warmly welcoming customers and providing timely service - Upholding high standards of hospitality and service - Handling guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism Operations & Store Management - Assisting in daily outlet operations, including opening and closing tasks - Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety measures - Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient order execution Sales & Upselling - Recommending menu items and upselling based on customer preferences - Working towards achieving daily sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction Inventory & Quality Control - Supporting inventory management and restocking activities - Ensuring food and beverage quality and presentation standards are met Training & Team Collaboration - Assisting in the training of junior team members and interns - Cooperating with baristas, kitchen staff, and service teams to ensure seamless operations To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-centric approach. Being flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential, along with a basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards. Preferred skills include experience in food & beverage or retail service, familiarity with POS systems, and a passion for food, coffee, or beverages. Candidates showing exceptional performance may be considered for advancement to roles like Team Lead, Shift Supervisor, or Assistant Store Manager in the future.,
