Job Description

As a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Regul Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the healthcare organization to ensure efficient functioning, high standards of patient care, and meeting financial and operational goals. You will collaborate with the CEO, clinical leadership, and other departments to develop and implement strategies for enhancing patient outcomes, operational performance, and overall organizational growth. **Key Responsibilities:** **Operational Leadership** - Oversee the operational management of healthcare services to ensure efficient functioning of all departments. - Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals. - Manage clinical and non-clinical services for optimal patient care delivery. **Strategic Planning And Execution** - Formulate long-term strategic plans for organizational growth and improvement. - Drive initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve patient experience. - Monitor healthcare trends and regulatory changes for organizational success. **Financial Management** - Develop and execute annual budgets while maintaining high-quality patient care. - Monitor financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions. - Ensure operational initiatives are financially viable and aligned with financial goals. **Quality Improvement And Compliance** - Establish performance metrics to monitor healthcare delivery effectiveness. - Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality guidelines. **Leadership And Team Management** - Lead senior operational leaders and department heads to align with organizational goals. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. - Oversee staff development including training, recruitment, retention, and performance management. **Patient Experience And Satisfaction** - Monitor patient satisfaction levels and work with clinical teams to enhance patient experience. - Prioritize patient-centered care for a positive environment for patients, families, and staff. - Collaborate with marketing and public relations teams for community engagement. **Collaboration And Stakeholder Engagement** - Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for unified patient care. - Represent the organization in interactions with regulatory bodies and community organizations. - Ensure smooth integration of services and maintain strong relationships with medical staff. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (required). - Master's degree in healthcare administration (MHA), business administration (MBA), or related field (preferred). - **Experience:** - At least 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations. - Strong background in managing complex healthcare facilities or systems. - In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, quality improvement, and patient safety standards. - **Skills:** - Strong operational and strategic leadership skills. - Financial acumen for managing budgets and performance. - Expertise in healthcare industry standards and best practices. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to lead change and drive improvement in healthcare delivery systems.,
