About the Role:

As a Hospital Administrator, you will oversee hospital operations, manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements across departments. You will play a vital role in optimizing resources, maintaining quality standards, and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospital operations, including clinical, non-clinical, and support services.
• Develop and implement policies for efficient hospital management.
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative teams for smooth functioning.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, NABH/JCI standards, and government guidelines.
• Drive patient satisfaction, safety, and service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Minimum

  5–7 years of experience

  in hospital administration/operations in a reputed healthcare institution.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital workflows, healthcare compliance, and accreditation standards.
