Job Description

The Business Head – HORECA Division will lead Euronics’ end-to-end business strategy for the hospitality

sector, driving revenue, expanding market share, and positioning Euronics as the preferred hygiene

solutions partner for hotels, QSRs, fine-dining chains, and large catering groups. The role will require strong experience in institutional sales, channel development, and large-account management.


Key Responsibilities



1. Strategy & P&L Ownership

 Build and execute the business strategy for the HORECA vertical across India.

 Own revenue, profitability, and market expansion.

 Identify new product opportunities and competitive differentiation.


2. Sales Leadership

 Lead a Pan-India team of Key Account Managers and Channel Partners for the hospitality sector.

 Drive acquisition of major hotel chains (IHCL, Marriott, Hyatt), QSRs (McDonald’s, KFC, Subway),

and large catering groups.

 Build strong relationships with purchase heads, hotel GMs, facility managers, and project

consultants.


3. Business Development

 Create vertical-focused GTM plans with solutions for washrooms, housekeeping, kitchen hygiene,

and back-end operations.

 Lead pricing strategies, tenders, and national rate contracts.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

 Work closely with Marketing to create sector-specific campaigns.

 Coordinate with Supply Chain, Service, and R&D to ensure smooth fulfilment and after-sales

excellence.


5. Market & Competition Intelligence

 Track competitor products, pricing, and innovation.

 Recommend new products tailored for hospitality operations.


Qualifications

 10–15+ years of experience in HORECA or Institutional Sales.

 Proven experience selling hygiene products, facility solutions, kitchen equipment, or hospitality

supplies (preferred).

 Strong network in hotel chains, QSRs, and catering companies.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
