As a HORECA Sales Executive at Indus Mega Food Park Private Limited, you will play a key role in developing and expanding our presence in the hotel, restaurant, and catering sector in Indore. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets for our food products. To excel in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the HORECA market, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships. You will be tasked with developing and implementing strategic sales plans to target hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, and institutional buyers in the Madhya Pradesh region. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as chefs, purchase managers, and business owners will be essential. Additionally, you will need to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, achieve sales targets, conduct market visits and presentations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and provide valuable market insights to the product development team. To be successful in this position, you should have 2-4 years of experience in HORECA sales or business development within the food industry. A strong understanding of the HORECA sector in Indore, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain business relationships are crucial. You should be goal-oriented, self-motivated, proficient in MS Office and CRM software, and willing to travel within the assigned territory. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Preferred skills for this role include knowledge of food products, ingredients, and culinary trends, experience in product launches and marketing campaigns, and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
