Home Loan Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Executives/Relationship Managers. Your primary focus will be to drive loan sales, including home loans, LAP, personal loans, etc., through direct and channel sources. It will be your responsibility to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for login, sanction, and disbursement. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying new business opportunities, developing market strategies, and building strong channel relationships. Monitoring team performance, providing necessary training, and ensuring productivity will be key aspects of your day-to-day responsibilities. Maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and affiliates will be essential for success in this position. You will also need to ensure adherence to company policies, documentation, and compliance requirements at all times.
