Location Head -DSA :

• Responsible disbursal targets as per the defined productivity of DSA Channel. 

• Formulate & implement sales strategy to achieve the targets.

 • Market intelligence and update sales strategy to achieve target set Maintain relevant MIS to track overall business flow. 

• Liaise with Credit and Operations to optimize productivity and TAT.

 • Managing team of RM/SM. • Managing promotional activities to generate business

 • Monitoring and motivating team members to achieve their optimum productivity Periodically evaluate them in terms of Productivity and Quality of Sourcing

 • Maintaining yield / product mix and product of the assigned territory. 

• Managing hiring/attrition and nurture & train team members of branches.

 • To derive optimum productivity from the team.

 • To create new APF and business Associates. • Cross sell of insurance
