Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Loan Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Home Loan Executive will be responsible for assisting customers with home loan applications, providing detailed information about loan products, and ensuring a smooth loan approval process. Day-to-day tasks include verifying customer documents, evaluating financial status, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with internal departments. This role also involves proactive engagement with potential customers to drive loan product sales.

Qualifications

Experience in the Home Loan industry, understanding of various types of home loans, and financial products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple customer files and documents
Proficiency in assessing and evaluating financial documents
Sales experience with a focus on target achievement in the financial sector
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
