Job Description

The Home Loan Executive is responsible for generating and processing home loan applications, identifying potential customers, and providing end-to-end assistance throughout the loan process. The role involves achieving assigned sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with all company and regulatory policies. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers through various channels (leads, referrals, marketing campaigns, etc.). Promote and sell home loan products to prospective clients. Assist customers in understanding loan options, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements. Collect and verify necessary documents to process loan applications. Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams to ensure timely loan disbursement. Maintain relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other referral partners to generate leads. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments. Ensure compliance with all internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
