Job Description

HO Performance Support Officer-Digital Sales-Digital Banking Kotak-Regional Sales

PSO_JD

Handling resolution of customer queries, complaints received at the Branch through co-ordination with various stakeholders
Assisting customers in completion of FKYC
Providing on field support to the Sales team Branch teams for 811 customer servicing
Handling rejection cases curing/resolution of same through co-ordination with the Business team
Conducting regular training sessions with the field/Sales team to improve their productivity
Monthly reconciliation of biometric devices which are with the field team
Publishing regular MIS (as when required)
Customer out calling (as when required)

Candidate Requirement:

Graduate (any stream) with 1-2 years of experience preferably in Banking Industry
Strong Communication skills Verbal and Written
Good knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Excel in particular)
Assertive attitude
Self Driven
Service mind set
Pay Scale: As per HR categorization
