Job Description

As the Head of HNI Broking at Anand Rathi Group, your primary role will involve managing a team of HNI-Relationship Managers and acquiring high-value relationships with HNI and Ultra HNI clients in the Equity segment. You will be responsible for managing large trader clients, acquiring big ticket size clients, and enhancing advisory relationships with HNI clients. Your focus will be on generating revenue from new clients and executing cross-sell efforts as per the organization's objectives. It is essential to stay updated on financial markets and advisory products/services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of HNI-Relationship Managers - Acquire high-value relationships with HNI and Ultra HNI clients in the Equity segment - Manage large trader clients and acquire big ticket size clients - Retain and enhance advisory relationships with HNI clients - Generate revenue from new clients - Execute cross-sell efforts according to the organization's focus - Stay updated on financial markets and advisory products/services Qualifications Required: - Graduate/PG/MBA from a reputed institute or Graduate from a good college - Minimum 8 to 16 years of experience in handling HNI relationships and sales of BIG HNI clients/Trader clients from Stock Broking companies - Experience in handling HNI client acquisitions, relationship management, and service - Candidates from Broking/Wealth/PCG background with good vintage in present and previous companies preferred - Team with a minimum revenue of Rs 10 Lacs per month Company Profile: Anand Rathi Group is one of India's fastest-growing full-service securities firms, offering services in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance & Advisory, Brokerage & Distribution in equities, commodities, mutual funds, and insurance.
