Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5-8 years of experience to lead our HNI Desk team in Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the HNI Desk team.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals and businesses.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
