Job Description

The role of an HNI Desk Head involves leading a team of HNI Relationship Managers/Advisors or HNI Relationship Managers and Advisors with a focus on acquiring high-value relationships within the HNI & Ultra HNI Clients in the EQUITY sector. This includes managing Large Trader Clients and Big Ticket size Client Acquisition & service. The key responsibilities also include managing relationships with HNI clients, retaining and enhancing advisory relationships, generating revenue from new clients, and executing cross-sell efforts in alignment with the organization's focus. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the broking industries and a proven track record of managing bank AUM of HNI Clients.,
