Manager- Sales About Company: It is a leading management consultancy firm. Brief about the Profile: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to support the sales team in meeting customer acquisition and revenue targets. The Sales Manager will focus on leading sales representatives, managing client relationships, and driving the overall sales process. Key role: 1. Manage a team of CREs. 2. Be an individual contributor. 3. HE/SHE need to delegate work among the team and ensure the workflow is distributed accordingly. 4.Total experience in a pure sales role should be 5 years, with a minimum of 3 years in real estate. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Achieve individual and team sales targets. 2. Assist in the design and execution of sales strategies. 3. Provide support in recruiting, coaching, and guiding sales representatives. 4. Maintain customer satisfaction by managing relationships and resolving client issues. 5. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs. 6. Collaborate with the Cluster Manager to ensure smooth operations and execution of sales plans. 7. Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement. Skills Required: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to manage the sales process, from prospecting to closing. 3. Proven track record of meeting sales goals. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also performing individual tasks. Qualifications: - Graduate or Postgraduate degree. - Proficiency in Marathi and English (required). Experience: - Min 5 yrs of industry experience in conducting market research. 3 years in real estate. - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
