Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage walk-in customers, offering a warm, professional, and premium showroom experience.
  • Understand the customers preferences, lifestyle, and requirements to recommend suitable luxury car models.
  • Present and explain product features, specifications, pricing, variants, safety features, performance abilities, and brand USP.
  • Conduct seamless and well-structured test drives while addressing customer queries with confidence.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups through calls, messages, and meetings to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the dealerships revenue growth.
  • Handle end-to-end sales processes including quotation preparation, negotiation, documentation, booking, and delivery coordination.
  • Ensure timely updates in CRM regarding leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, referrals, and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the finance, insurance, accessories, and service teams for smooth customer onboarding and delivery experience.
  • Maintain high grooming standards, proper dress code, and professional conduct in the showroom at all times.
  • Participate in promotional events, roadshows, corporate visits, and brand activities to generate quality leads.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, new launches, and market trends to confidently present the brand advantage.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding customer expectations and resolving concerns promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 1–5 years in premium/luxury car sales OR high-end product sales (watches, real estate, jewellery, hospitality, aviation, etc.) preferred.
  • Must have

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with premium and high-net-worth customers.
  • Confident, well-groomed, and capable of representing a luxury automotive brand professionally.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
  • Good understanding of customer psychology, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Comfortable with CRM usage, digital communication, and basic computer operations.
  • Candidates with a proactive attitude, passion for automobiles, and strong customer service mindset will be highly preferred.
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduation (preferred).
  • Freshers with exceptional communication, grooming, and confidence may also be considered.
