About the Role

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for
IT roles
across:

Software Development (Java, .NET, Full Stack, Python, etc.)
QA / Testing roles
(Manual, Automation, Selenium, API Testing, etc.)
DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure & Network Engineering
Data Engineering & other niche technology roles

Manage hiring for
Domestic as well as Offshore/Staff Augmentation
engagement models.
Understand business needs and workforce planning requirements for both project-based and long-term staffing.
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and technical communities.
Conduct screening to assess both technical & communication fit.
Coordinate technical interview rounds and manage the offer / negotiation process.
Maintain strong talent pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Ensure high-quality candidate experience and alignment with organizational hiring goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1.5 to 2 years of experience in
IT/Technical Recruitment
.
Mandatory
experience hiring for
Testing / QA
and
Core Development
roles.
Experience with
Offshore Recruitment / Staff Augmentation
is a plus.
Strong understanding of technology skill sets and market trends.
Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles with effective prioritization
