We’re seeking a seasoned NetSuite Program Manager (Full-time, Remote) with deep expertise in end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations and large-scale program delivery for our client. If you’re a strategic leader with hands-on ERP experience — this role is for you!

Experience: 10+ years (with at least 5 years in NetSuite ERP)

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementation programs across Finance, SCM, CRM, and Operations.
• Manage project governance, risk, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
• Oversee project scoping, execution, and post-go-live support.
• Mentor project teams and drive process excellence across engagements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of total experience, including 5+ years of direct experience with NetSuite ERP (functional or technical).
• Proven track record managing end-to-end NetSuite implementations across diverse industries.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules — Finance, Accounting, CRM, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, etc.
• Excellent project and program management skills, with proficiency in tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional global teams.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical thinking skills.
