National Program Managers role is to ensure success of 3P Workforce Integration Program through consistent and successful deployment of 3P Program pillars / elements across every enrolled distributor site followed by disciplined stewardship of program metrics leveraging site level coordination and institutionalization of review & support framework at every site, thereby improving DSR productivity, ultimately growing Mobil distribution and market share.
