Job Description

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:

    Design and execute marketing strategies to promote educational programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Content Creation:

    Develop and manage content for various marketing channels (social media, websites, brochures, and email campaigns) to reach potential students and parents.

  • Campaign Management:

    Plan and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including paid ads, events, webinars, and seminars to boost student enrollment.

  • Market Research:

    Conduct market research to identify target audiences, evaluate competitor strategies, and identify trends and opportunities.

  • Lead Generation:

    Drive lead generation efforts by engaging prospective students and families via calls, emails, and on-ground activities.

  • Event Management:

    Organize and promote educational events, webinars, and open-house programs to attract potential students.

Tele Caller Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce educational programs.

  • Answer inbound queries related to courses, fees, and enrollment procedures.

  • Maintain a detailed record of calls and follow-ups in the CRM system.

  • Provide accurate information to help students make informed enrollment decisions.

  • Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrollment process.

  • Stay updated on the latest educational programs and offerings.

  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure prospective students have all necessary information

Admission Counselor Responsibilities:

  • Manage the admissions process, including reviewing and evaluating applications, conducting interviews, and making admission decisions Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement admission policies and procedures

  • Monitor and report on admissions statistics, including applicant pool demographics and admission rates

  • Provide information and guidance to prospective students and families regarding the admissions process, including admission requirements, deadlines, and financial aid options

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

  • Familiarity with admissions software and databases

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1-6 years of experience in educational marketing or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media platforms, etc.).

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Proven ability to drive brand awareness and student enrollment.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience in managing events and webinars.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (CRM tools, email marketing platforms, etc.).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
