Job Description

Description We are seeking an experienced QA Manual Integration Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, a solid understanding of system and integration testing, and a keen eye for identifying issues across complex systems. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure the quality and stability of our software solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases for integration testing. Perform system and end-to-end testing across multiple services and APIs. Validate data flow and integrity across integrated systems and components. Participate in sprint planning and work closely with development teams to understand integration points and ensure test coverage. Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using tools like JIRA or similar. Collaborate with automation testers to support test automation for integration scenarios. Participate in regression, smoke, and sanity testing activities. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain test documentation and contribute to test planning and strategy. Required Skills and Qualifications 6+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing , with a focus on integration testing . Strong understanding of SDLC , STLC , and testing methodologies. Experience testing RESTful APIs , web services, and middleware components. Proficiency in tools like Postman , Swagger , JIRA , TestRail , etc. Good knowledge of SQL and ability to validate data across systems. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: Exposure to test automation tools/frameworks is a plus Experience in domains “ Transportation/ Toll system management” is an advantage. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins is a bonus. Show more Show less
