Roles and Responsibilities

Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet client requirements.
Manage candidate pipeline by tracking progress, updating status reports, and following up on offers extended.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using ATS software.
