Job Overview

Handle inbound voice calls from US telecom customers.
Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining service quality.
Adhere to call quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
Accurately document call details and customer interactions.
Consistently meet performance and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Any Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience:
Minimum
6 months experience
in
International BPO Inbound Voice Process
Domain Experience:
Telecom voice experience preferred
Freshers:
Not eligible

Skill Requirements

Spoken English:
B2 Intermediate (Equivalent to Versant 60)
Computer Skills:
MS Office, Internet, and basic applications
Process Knowledge:
International B2C Voice Process mandatory

Shift & Working Days

US Night Shifts (as per US time zone)
5 Days working per week
Split week off
