Job Overview

  • Handle inbound voice calls from US telecom customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining service quality.
  • Adhere to call quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
  • Accurately document call details and customer interactions.
  • Consistently meet performance and quality targets.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

    Any Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    6 months experience

    in

    International BPO Inbound Voice Process

  • Domain Experience:

    Telecom voice experience preferred
  • Freshers:

    Not eligible

Skill Requirements

  • Spoken English:

    B2 Intermediate (Equivalent to Versant 60)
  • Computer Skills:

    MS Office, Internet, and basic applications
  • Process Knowledge:

    International B2C Voice Process mandatory

Shift & Working Days

  • US Night Shifts (as per US time zone)
  • 5 Days working per week
  • Split week off
