  • Monday to Friday: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Drop facility)
  • Saturday (2nd, 4th and 5th): 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (NO drop facility)

Position Overview:

International B2B Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for B2B Sales.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's presence in international markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Present, negotiate, and close deals that drive revenue and contribute to company growth.
  • Work night shifts (specified hours) from our office location, coordinating with international clients across different time zones.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis, consistently driving revenue growth.
  • Possess strong and proven expertise of the international market preferably US/UK/Canada.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 13 years of experience in

    International Inside Sales / Lead Generation / B2B Sales

    .
  • Strong experience selling to

    US, UK, or Canadian

    clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers confidently.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process.
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in night shifts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, IT Services, or Staffing preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads in international markets.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
