Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and people-centric HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our fast-paced operations at Swiggy Instamart . The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, drive HR initiatives, and foster a high-performance, employee-first culture. Job Description Experience of Blue-collar manpower management is a must Handling volume manpower is preferred Attrition, Attendance and Absenteeism management Employee engagement and Grievance handling Life cycle management Handle payout queries Data management and sharing reports with stakeholders Preferred candidate profile 2 to5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a generalist HR role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Prior experience managing blue-collar/operations workforce will be an added advantage. Comfortable working on third-party payroll (Teamlease). Warehouse experience required
