Job Description

Skills & experience required: Minimum 6 months experience in hiring and recruitment. Must have done end-to-end recruitment from sourcing till onboarding. Must be quick and focused while at the same time not compromising the quality of candidates sourced. Must be fluent in English communication. Experience in using Internet/ google/ LinkedIn/mass mailing/other social networks. Job description: Full life cycle (End-To-End) recruitment. Sourcing relevant profiles from Portals, Internal Database, Mass Mailing, Referencing, competition mapping, headhunting etc. Screening (telephonic & F2F) candidates as per the JD & JS. Briefing the candidates about the job profile, organization and benefits. Scheduling interviews, offer negotiation and pre-offer formalities. Coordinating and follow up with the candidates till they are on board.
