Hiring for Senior HR Manager/Location-Pune/Salary-Upto 21lpa/Day Shift /WFO

We are hiring for the below role with the leading MNC.

Position Title: Sr. Manager- HR

Location: Pune

Education: MBA in HR / PGDHRM or equivalent.

Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in mid to large-sized

companies.

Location: Candidates currently in or willing to relocate to Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Lifecycle Management (Entry to Exit):

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and induction processes.

• Handle employee confirmation, internal transfers, and promotions.

• Drive engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.

• Execute exit processes including clearance, exit interviews, and full & final settlements.

Payroll & Compliance:

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, TDS, etc.).

• Coordinate with finance and external vendors/auditors for audits and reporting.

Administration & Facility Management:

• Supervise day-to-day office administration and facility management.

• Manage vendor contracts related to housekeeping, security etc

• Maintain office infrastructure and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Performance Management System (PMS):

• Drive annual appraisal cycles.

• Facilitate goal-setting, KPI tracking, and feedback mechanisms.

• Work closely with department heads to ensure fairness and transparency.

HR Policy & Compliance:

• Implement and periodically review HR policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle labor inspections and audits.

• Address employee grievances in a timely and professional manner.

HR Strategy & Culture Building:

• Contribute to building a strong organizational culture and values.

• Provide strategic HR inputs to senior leadership.

• Implement employee engagement, R&R programs, and training interventions.
