Role & responsibilities : Sales Manager- Team Handling Location - Ranchi Segment - Informal Age 32+ max. Team Handling Role (4 associates) under him/her. CTC 5 to 7.5 max. Experience – 4 to 8 Years. Requirement – * Achieving sales targets for home loan &Lap product with Builder and connectors sourcing and Team handling * Target new client acquisition through sourcing of leads and Business conversation in conjunction with channel partners * Follow the standardized process and documentation norms for quick and complaint closure of client request. To source files from Builders, RPs and have strong connection of Cat A/B builders Candidates from Small Ticket Housing Finance Companies (mandatory) with High ROI (13.5% and above) & Avg Ticket size (15-30/35L) Steady performer. Notice Period – preferably 30 days.
