This role involves implementing and optimizing QA processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets the highest standards of accuracy, usability, and engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of quality assurance strategies for eLearning content.Oversee QA functionality testing, UI/UX testing, and HTML5 testing to ensure robust quality standards.Utilize and optimize test management tools and QA processes for improved efficiency.Collaborate with development, design, and content teams to deliver high-quality educational products. Skills and Experience RequiredStrong eLearning background with hands-on experience in QA for EdTech content.7–9 years of experience in QA roles with expertise in functionality testing, UI/UX evaluation, and HTML5 content testing.Proficiency in QA methodologies and test management platforms.Ability to refine testing tools and drive process improvements.Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work across departments. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Bonus: Experience within the EdTech industry and familiarity with eLearning platforms and tools.
