Job Type: Full-Time | Experience Level: Senior Level | Location: Pune | Salary: Up to ₹3,000,000 INR per annum | Notice Period: 0–30 Days Role OverviewAs the EV - Drive System Lead, you will spearhead the design, validation, and testing of advanced drive system solutions for electric vehicles. Leveraging deep expertise in DFA, DFM, DFS, DMFEA, and other key motor design methodologies, you will work within the automotive manufacturing domain to drive innovation, ensure quality, and optimize production processes. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of EV drive systems with a focus on DFA, DFM, and DFS principles.Develop and implement comprehensive motor design calculations, validation plans, and testing setups, including endurance tests.Create and review detailed motor parts drawings and ensure they meet industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate motor design application tools and ensure seamless production and quality assurance.Oversee motor design validation and continuously improve test and design processes. What We Look ForSkills:Expertise in EV motor design techniques including DFA, DFM, DFS, DMFEA, and proficiency with motor design application tools.12 - 15 years of relevant experience in automotive manufacturing and EV domains.Strong background in motor design calculation, validation planning, and test setup.Proven ability to develop detailed motor parts drawings and execute endurance tests.Excellent collaboration and project management skills to drive cross-functional innovation and quality.
