Job Description

Sourcing Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management:
Lead sourcing strategies for categories including
Travel, Marketing, Staff Augmentation, HR, Benefits, and Technology
.
RFx & Pricing Analysis:
Initiate and manage end-to-end
RFx projects
, performing detailed pricing analysis to secure profitable deals.
Contract Lifecycle Management:
Review and redline contracts with a strong understanding of commercial terms and risk tolerance.
Cost Savings & Financial Impact:
Drive initiatives to meet specific
Savings and Avoidance targets
through innovative procurement solutions.
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM):
Manage the onboarding/offboarding of vendors and address service delivery issues to ensure peak performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Legal, Risk, and Enterprise Security groups during supplier reviews and coordinate with senior leadership to identify global spend opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and align sourcing plans accordingly.

Candidate Profile

Education:
Bachelors degree in
Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or Operations
.
Experience:
Minimum
8+ years of relevant sourcing experience
with a proven track record in strategic sourcing.
Technical Proficiency:
*
4–6 years of experience
with financial ERP systems like
SAP, JDE, or PeopleSoft
.

Hands-on experience with P2P software such as
Coupa, Ariba, or Oracle
.
Strong mastery of
Microsoft Excel and Word
.

Shift: 6:30PM to 3:30AM
