Job Description

Job Title: Ariba Supplier & Catalog Management Specialist

Experience Required:

Ariba Supplier & Catalog Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Manage
supplier onboarding, enablement, and profile updates
on SAP Ariba
Maintain and update
static & punch-out catalogs
Validate catalog data for
pricing accuracy, UNSPSC coding, compliance, and quality
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve catalog errors & formatting issues
Ensure timely catalog refresh & upload cycles
Support procurement operations across
S2C (Source to Contract)
and
P2P (Procure to Pay)
Troubleshoot Ariba catalog/configuration-related issues
Collaborate with Procurement, IT, Sourcing, and Finance teams
Prepare reports on catalog performance, supplier compliance, and operational metrics

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
26 years
experience in Ariba Supplier Management / Catalog Management / Procurement Ops
Hands-on experience in SAP Ariba (Supplier Lifecycle, Catalog Management, Guided Buying)
Strong analytical skills with data validation expertise
Excellent communication & coordination abilities
Solid understanding of procurement processes (S2C/P2P)
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Cleaning)
Willingness to work in Night Shift is mandatory
