Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Voice Process:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
  • Understand and resolve customer queries, complaints, or requests.
  • Maintain call quality and adhere to company standards.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

Non-Voice Process:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.
  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of issues.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle international clients and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good typing speed (3040 WPM) with high accuracy (for non-voice roles).
  • Basic technical knowledge (computer, internet, and CRM tools).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts or night shifts.
  • Prior experience in BPO or international customer support is a plus.
