Customer Support Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their queries and concerns, and providing solutions effectively.
Product Knowledge
: Stay informed about the process and related services to provide accurate information to customers.
Problem Resolution:
Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience:

Undergraduate, graduate & Postgraduate all can apply
0-4 years of customer service or retail experience preferred
Ability to effectively communicate in person, over the phone, and via email

Skills and Abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
Patience and empathy when dealing with customer inquiries and concerns
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
