Job Role:

Contact customers to negotiate and resolve outstanding balances.
Explain payment plans and ensure timely payments.
Update account notes accurately as per guidelines.
Research and resolve disputed balances.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of International US Credit Card Debt Collections / Sales / Retention experience.
Strong English communication (written & verbal).
Education: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
