Job Description

Hiring for International Customer Support Executive (Voice)||Immediate Joiners||

Salary: Up to 3-3.5LPA

Location: [Hyderabad]

Shift: Night Shift / Rotational/Graveyard

Work Mode: On-site

Week off-Saturday and sunday Fixed off

cab Radius-35km

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls from international clients (US/UK/EMEA/APAC based on process).

Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve queries professionally.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and follow standard support procedures.

Log customer interactions and update CRM tools accurately.

Escalate complex cases to seniors or relevant departments when required.

Meet performance metrics including call quality, response time, and issue resolution.

Adhere to process guidelines, security policies, and compliance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to understand international accents.

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Ability to work in night shifts/rotational shifts.

Customer-centric attitude with patience and professionalism.

Eligibility

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate /

Experience: 04 yrs+ years in International BPO/Voice Process (freshers welcome)

Immediate joiners preferred.
