l Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and provide HR strategies that support organizational goals.
l Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
l Support talent management processes, including performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
l Drive HR programs and initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and culture building.
l Facilitate recruitment processes, including talent acquisition planning, onboarding, and employee induction.
l Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders for informed decision-making.
l Support employee relations by addressing workplace issues, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
l Collaborate with cross-functional teams on organizational development and change management initiatives.
l Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
l 03 years of experience in HR, preferably in HRBP, HR generalist, or related roles.
l Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
l Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
l Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
l High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
