Job Description

HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with warehouse leadership to drive HR strategies around staffing, performance, and engagement.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies at warehouse locations.
Manage employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
Drive hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives for warehouse staff.
Analyze HR metrics and support workforce planning and productivity improvement.
Lead initiatives related to employee welfare, health & safety, and culture building.

Requirements:

1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or warehousing.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR operations in a multi-site setup.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel frequently between Delhi and Chandigarh.
