Urgent Requirement for HR MIS Executive Location: Srikalahasti, Andhra Pradesh Industry: Manufacturing Salary: ₹35,000 per month Experience Required: 5 years Key Responsibilities: ✔ Prepare and maintain core recruitment reports (vacancy status, offer pipeline, joining status, recruitment TAT, source analysis, etc.) ✔ Maintain HR databases (employee records, manpower data, attrition, attendance) ✔ Generate regular and ad hoc MIS reports for HR and management ✔ Analyze HR data to support recruitment, manpower planning, and HR operations ✔ Coordinate with the recruitment team, plant HR, and corporate HR for data inputs ✔ Ensure timely and accurate submission of HR reports Requirements: ✔ 5 years of experience in HR MIS, with strong focus on recruitment reports ✔ Manufacturing industry experience preferred ✔ Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS dashboards) and HRMS tools ✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills ✔ Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data ✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent Salary & Benefits: ₹35,000 - 40,000 per month (Based on the Exp) PF, Insurance and other statutory benefits Opportunity for career growth in a reputed manufacturing company How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their resume to 7075972079.
