Job Description

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with candidates to collect required documents and ensure timely submission.
Handle end-to-end
employee onboarding
process, including documentation, induction, and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records in
HRMS
and physical files.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and exit formalities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Assist in organizing
employee engagement activities
and HR initiatives.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR operations or a generalist role.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
