Job Title:

About the Role:

Meeting Planner

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute end-to-end event operations logistics, vendor management, registrations, and communications.
Act as on-site lead during events, managing logistics, sponsors, speakers, and attendee support.
Collaborate with volunteer-led committees, universities, and regional partners for smooth program delivery.
Drive sponsorship engagement, proposals, and ensure sponsor deliverables are met.
Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and prepare post-event reports.

Requirements:

5-7 years of experience in event/conference planning (technical/academic preferred).
Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM/event tools knowledge is a plus.
Flexible to travel extensively within Middle East & Asia and work extended hours during events.
