International Voice E-commerce Orders & Returns (US)

CTC:

About the Role

Provide seamless support to US customers on order status, delivery issues, returns, and refunds while ensuring high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls; verify customer & order details
  • Share accurate delivery ETAs and status updates
  • Initiate returns, replacements, or refunds as per guidelines
  • Create, update, and close tickets in CRM
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for delivery issues
  • Achieve CSAT, AHT, and Quality targets

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication
  • Patience, clarity, and customer-handling skills
  • Basic Excel and CRM knowledge
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts

Good to Have

  • Prior e-commerce voice support experience
  • Multi-queue handling (voice/chat/email)
