Manage complaints received via phone call, email, and social media platforms within the defined timelines
Responsible for handling end to end customer escalations across all products offered by the company
Ensure all required information is well documented for RCA (Route cause analysis)
Conduct in-depth investigation on customer complaints and work with internal teams to take measurable actions to avoid such incidents in future
Maintain MIS for all the complaints
Qualifications and Education Requirement
Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream with above required skills
1+ years of experience of relevant experience Skills
Understanding of broking products
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephonic etiquette
Problem-solving abilities
